LEADING CERAMICS FRANCHISOR ACQUIRES
NEW INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS
GLENDALE, Calif. (Sept. 20, 2006)—Color Me Mine Enterprises, Inc., the world’s leading franchisor of paint-your-own ceramics studios, has acquired a 6,736-square-foot mixed-use property in Glendale, Calif. The property, which is located at 3720-3722 San Fernando Road, sold for $1.2 million and will serve as the firm’s new international headquarters.
The two-story building is situated on 5,090 square feet of land, with the second floor featuring five apartment units. The ground floor, consisting of 3,600-square-feet of space will be used exclusively for the Color Me Mine headquarters operations.
Nicole Mihalka of GVA DAUM represented Color Me Mine Enterprises, Inc. in the transaction, while Nigel Stout of Grubb and Ellis’ Sherman Oaks office represented the seller, 3720 SRF LLC.
