GLENDALE, CA—June 1, 2006—Picture It! Your Photos on Ceramics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Color Me Mine Enterprises, Inc (CMMEI), announced today that it has purchased the technology rights for the patented manufacturing process of ceramic underglaze photo decals from Denver-based Enduring Images.

Michael Mooslin, President of CMMEI stated, “This acquisition is a perfect fit, responding to the many customer requests we receive for the application of photos on ceramics. Six years ago we patented our CeramiTrans process of transferring logos, computer fonts, clip art and line drawings on to ceramic surfaces. With the addition of the exclusive rights for an affordable single custom decal of a photo we can now offer the full range of custom painting services on a one-of-a-kind ceramic piece with the affordability of mass production.

Continues Mooslin, “This process differs from dye-sublimation products which are applied with low heat and must be limited to perfectly flat pieces such as typical airport gift store mugs or on-line photo services that offer your photo on mugs. Picture It! can apply fired ceramic underglaze images to any surface with a lifetime guarantee against fading or scratching and at a price competitive to that of the lower quality dye-sublimation process.”

Picture It! will continue to serve independent ceramic studio customers formally being served by Enduring Images.

Having initiated the Paint-Your-Own-Ceramics Contemporary Studio concept in 1992, Color Me Mine currently has 109 franchised studios open and an additional 26 under development worldwide.
