Color Me Mine To Open in Sidney, Australia

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA--July 11, 2003—Color me Mine Enterprises, Inc., the world’s leader in the Paint-Your-Own-Ceramics industry, announced today that is has executed its first Franchise Agreement in Australia.
Under the terms of the agreement entered into between Master Licensee for Austral-Asia, Norbetina Group and Eric Chan, the first Australian Color Me Mine will open in Sidney by fall of this year. Additionally, Mr. Chan will have the option to acquire the Master Territory rights for Australia from Norbetina. According to Mr. Chan, “Color Me Mine is ideally positioned to appeal to Australian family’s need for recreation and entertainment involving the arts. Mothers are a strong influence for the education of children and Color Me Mine appeals directly to both markets. We have already located our first sight in Sidney and are looking forward to opening additional studios in the next year.”
Color Me Mine will continue to supply the majority of the ceramic bisque and glaze products, marketing, product and design development, and software systems support while Color Me Mine Austral-Asia will provide the training, local marketing, regional concept adaptation, real estate and leasing assistance and financial report services. Mae Lian Chan and Roger Bartlett, Master Licensees stated, “We are pleased to be able to leverage our Asian market growth with Eric and are poised to support his efforts throughout the region. We have been with Color Me Mine since 1999 and are proud to be part of the Company’s continued growth. Together we should be able to see our dream realized of Color Me Mine as the dominant brand in Asia for Paint-Your-Own-Ceramics.
